MEMS Optical Shutter

The Preciseley MEMS shutter chip has a clear optical path which can be interrupted by a blocker that moves in the plane of the chip. The shutter chip is capable of reducing beam size, beam intensity, and optical intensity attenuation. The MEMS micro-shutter is available as bare unpackaged die or can be custom packaged to your requirements.
